What manga have good action/battles? (closer to reality = better)?

Can you suggest mangas that are action genre that is closer to reality?

Ex. (Highly correct)
- History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi (Karate, Muay Thai, Wrestling, etc. -- Martial Arts stuffs)
- Berserk (well, demons and magics could be real for some or a lot of people)

Ex. (Medium correct)

- Bleach (well, good action)

Example of Not-Correct.
- D. Grayman (yeh demons but its not magic but some kind of powers that you don't know where it came from).

@ Rob
- lol mangas, anime, movies, etc. are based on reality added with some imaginations.
Also, read History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi (watch the anime version too) and I guarantee you will learn some martial arts moves like I did.
Death Note is a good one too.

Question #11:

I have some ideas about the future, but not too sure...?

So for the past few years, I have wanted to be an engineer. I am a senior in high school, and all the colleges I am applying to are big in engineering (UMD, UVA, Vtech, UPenn, Cornell, PennState, Villanova). I am still fairly sure that I want to do something with engineering (specifically, I will probably do mechanical)

HOWEVER! I have been having thoughts about different fields/studies etc. In engineering, I have been thinking about a few different fields like biomedical or nanotechnology. In any case, I will probably decide the specific discipline of engineering in my first year or so of college?

But I have been having more thoughts about doing something with Business. Possibly something international, since I love traveling and I'm learning like 3 languages.

I am fairly certain that I want to major in engineering or something sciency-related. Would it make sense if I majored in Engineering as well as Business or International Relations or something?

(the reason why I ask is because sometimes you hear of people who major in like Biology and Art history for example, and it seems like a stupid combination.) Any ideas/suggestions????

Question #14:

please help on Pratt Institute essay for correction errors fast to read!?

the question is : Why do you want to attend Pratt and what do you hope to accomplish from your education?

Every individual has a destiny and I know my destiny will lead me to become a successful clothing designer. Since childhood, I have been inspired by art. While I have never had any training in art, as a child I expressed a natural talent in drawing. At the age of four, I began drawing Japanese animation and painting landscape art. My family noticed my natural talent in art and began to support and nurture my growth. I remember watching fashion runway show on television for a full three hours. I was so inspired by the beautifully crafted fashions, that I grabbed a pad of paper and started sketching on the spot! Since watching my first fashion runaway, I began to create and synthesize clothing that is inspired by the natural and manmade environments. I produced an abundance of sketches and realized that I can make a career with the use of my sketches. One of my seventh grade teacher noticed a particular drawing and she recommended that I go to the Pratt Institute. I researched information about this school and was instantly amazed by the classes in fashion design offered to undergraduates. When I began attending the High School for Arts & Business, I finally took my first art class. I had wonderful art teachers, Mr. Serra and Mr. Fee , who taught printmaking, drawing, commercial arts, painting and photography. I showed them my latest drawings from eighth grade, and they were astonished by my creativity. They were surprised that I could draw since I had never taken an art class before. My teachers taught me many techniques to improve my drawing skills in creating garments for fashion design. I have taken many other classes that have expanded my interest in the art of fashion design such as Advance Placement Art History and Portfolio and Photography.
My art teacher Mr. Serra, a Pratt Institute graduate in 1970, has persuade me as well to go to Pratt Institute because he says this school has the education I need for fashion design and I will be an excellent and influential student for Pratt.
The history of fashion and culture have inspired my interest to create designs that combine the past and present. My fashion designs are diverse palette of styles in business, punk, urban, preppy and casual attire. Currently my focus and target audience is fashion for teens through their early thirties. As a prospective student at Pratt Institute, I hope to learn new techniques and skills that will enhance my knowledge in seeing what the fashion world is all about. Also I can see myself developing the confidence and the hard work it will take to put together a piece of clothing. The schools high diversity and artistic environment will allow to me grow into a field of creativity and experiences. It is close to my home town so I would not feel homesick and focus better in my academics. If I am granted the opportunity to be accepted to Pratt Institute, I would expand my understanding of different styles and ages to create fashion that is both stylish, comfortable and complimentary to every body type.
Fashion is a never ending cycle and I would love to be a part of it, even if I have to go through a mix of challenges and rejections. I know what I am capable of doing and giving up is not an option. To me, fashion has been my dream and I will never stop loving to create outfits and Pratt Institute can aid me to become a successful fashion designer.
how yahoo answers display my essay seems longer lol

Question #18:

do you think I would have a chance for getting a good scholarship at McGill? Or some other great school?

I'm an international student (non-US), 11th grade. Upon my graduation I would have about 600 hours from the CAS system (these are extracurricular); I'm a club president since 10th grade, and editor in chief of the newspaper as well. My GPA is usually about 5.79-5.89 out of 6, my SAT 1 is 2150 (and will probably improve), I have SAT Literature 640 (will retake) and I am also taking SAT II Math IIC, World History, and Biology. I'll probably take AP English language and composition (just because it's cool, haha), AP Bio (I'm learning the material in class anyway), and maybe Art History, but I do not know about that. My family can not pay for my higher education, so... I'm really concerned about scholarships. Do you think I'll make it at McGill? Or do you have suggestions of other schools (not Ivies, we all know about them)? I'm especially interested in leading research schools because I want to study medicine as a postgraduate, so I'll be taking a major in biology and business (plus the courses I need for MCAT spread through the years of undergraduate study).
My family income is minimal - less than $20,000, I depend only on my mother (divorced parents) and she takes care of me and both my grandparents. No help from the biological father is possible.

Question #20:

can you guys give me your opinion...which stream(science/art) should I take? I don't have much time left!?

I just finished my pmr and school starts on 5th January so I gotta make my decision quick.

Study stuff:
I love english a lot.
I hate math, malay history.
Malay language is boring but the writing part is fun...but I hate malay language.
Science is fun if it's like what they show on tv but studying it sure gives a headache.

Okay, here's some detail about my interests:
I'm more interested in literary stuff like poetry because I write poems.
And interested in language and history too but not malaysian ones. (malaysia sucks!)
I think that if I go to the science stream, I may not be able to get any inspiration to write new poems.

After things I've learned during the school holidays, I'm starting to disagree with science because there are a whole lots of things that science can't explain(like sixth sense and paranormal stuff) and people just seemed to believe in science because science has proof.

My ambition? So far...I wanna be like either a psychologist, counselor, writer or a poet. Any ambition that studies stuff that humans created like science, engineering are all out although they are interesting.
I did thought of being a parapsychologist but it seems far too impossible in my country.

Another problem I'm facing is that most of my friends will be going to the science stream. So, I if I take the art stream, I won't get that many good friends. It's kinda like those who did poorly in their pmr will be banished to the art stream.
Yeah, friends is something that questions me.

Another thing that I read online is that teachers will look down on the art stream students and the science stream students will get better teachers.

I thought that many things will change if I choose the art stream but my friend said I should follow where my heart goes.
Yesterday after going through the school magazine, I found out that the science stream student are more good looking and beautiful.
Then, I suddenly feel that I wanna go to the science stream just to be with my friends.

I did say that students take science stream because it offers more options and opportunities like a secured future but I also know that they(a number of them) later on got frustrated and fail the exam.

My brother said if you go science stream, all you have to do is memorizing since he himself too the science stream.
Well, I don't like the thinking stuff. I like to go to the other world when we feel and express our heart.
It's more like using our "Heart & Mind" instead of our brain.

I've learned that you should think about now than the future.
Also that do what you want, relax, enjoy and not be too serious about it.
The thing that worries me is "friends". Should I just forget about it?
Most of them aren't really my good friends, just simple friends.
I do sit in front of the computer and all but it's either doing personal research. I don't think about computers as my future job.
